These are the pics from the last 3 weeks of the Summer Library Program. Smoky Hill Public Television came and the kids made color block rocketships. They also got a free book. The next week, the kids made moon sand and watched the moon landing. The last week, was Star Wars fingerprint drawings. The Grand Finale was launching a water rocket! The winner this year was Yakelin Barrera, she read 285 books! Abby Bishop was 2nd reading 250 books. Zoey Bishop was 3rd reading 156 books. Byron Schmidt came in 4th reading 90 books. The winner of the Adult program was Oralia Escamilla! The total number of books read by the children was 1,291! It was an awesome program this year and we hope to see all of you back for next year's program.

This week is the last week for the 2019 Summer Library Program! We have had awesome participation this year. Thank you to everyone who helped and to Laws Feed Store for the kids meals coupons. Get your reading lists to me by this Saturday the 20th so we can see who gets prizes. The swim party will be on Saturday the 27th from 7-9. If you read the 5 books from the 5 different categories, you are welcome to come swimming with us. We will be handing out other prizes this week as well. See you on Thursday.
